Check out the redesigned heel tiles designed and crafted by Mining Wear Parts for Crushing Services International (CSI). The redesigned heel tiles feature an increased radius to accommodate multiple EX1900/EX3600 excavator buckets (10.5m3/17m3/20m3).
The custom design addresses a 5mm+ gap between the bucket base and previous heel tiles, preventing the flexing and cracking that used to plague the buckets.
These tiles will be implemented to enhance excavator bucket durability on several CSI sites in WA.
